I remember seeing a thread about the bushes and clouds being the same in /v/, and everyone went apeshit. I think it's archived actually. Seriously, people talk like the world is ending.
The Clefairy got me in this one though. Damn I never noticed it before.

I seriously didn't realize this until my Junior year of high school. I told this kid that Tails' real name was Miles Prower and he was like, "Oh, that's clever." And I was like, "What is?" And he's like, "Miles PER HOUR."
Blew my fucking mind. I've been playing fucking Sonic games since the Genesis came out and have a shit ton of the comics. I've been a crazed Sonic fanboy my whole life and I never noticed MILES PER HOUR?
Banjo-Kazooie was chock full of sexual innuendos. The game even had a gay bar masquerading as an "inn." Obvious given the flamboyant characters and the menu on the wall consisting of "Salty Dumplings, Toad in the Hole, and Seaman's Surprise."
That Mario Kart picture is absolutly terrifying xD.

God damn Gordon! That's the most hideous character model I've ever seen. Also, the prototype of the early Dreamcast controller is like looking into the past and the future at the same time. Seriously though...... you never got the Diddy's KONG-QUEST thing? Or Alucard? He's Dracula's son for crying out loud!

I'm surprised I never noticed that the bush sprites were exactly the same as the cloud sprites. Nothing else was really that mindblowing. I don't know how you never realized Alucard is Dracula backwards, and like 90% of Pokemon have puns for names.
Ekans backwards is snake, and the thing is a snake, sure. Ekans evolves into Arbok, or "kobra" backwards. The three legendary birds from the original game were Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres... notice anything about them in that order? Think Spanish numbers.

Everyone knows about Ekans and Diddy's Kong Quest. Those were meant to be obvious, and anyone who didn't pick up on them is an idiot. Also, Arbok backwards is Kobra (cobra). Given that I picked up on these things when I was three says a lot for people who didn't get it until now.
