As an editor here at Destructoid, I'm tempted to put on airs and make you think that because of my connections to the industry I can get any game I want. Sadly, this is not the case. There is one huge, gaping whole in my videogame collection that I desperately want filled: PC Genjin for the Gamecube.



It came out about five years ago, and at the the time I was excited about the game, but also much more tight fisted with my cash. For me to import a game back then, I had to be sure it would never come to the states. With a game like Bonk, I figured it was only a matter of time before this remake of the first two Bonk games was localized by somebody. I figured wrong. The game never left Japan, and these days it's impossible to find there as well.



It's slightly easier to get the PS2 version, but I don't want to mod my PS3, because the chances are that whatever mod I'd have done would ruin the console by the time of the next firmware update. No, on this one free loader is the only way to go, so it'd going to have to be Gamecube. I'll pay top dollar, folks. Help me to make it happen.



Or if money means nothing to you, call in a favor. I'll mow your lawn. I'll get you an autographed toilet seat signed by the world famous Robert Summa. I'll give my now rare Pokemon edition of the board game "Sorry". I'll do anything! Just get me this game!
