I'm drunk. It's not even 1pm. I started drinking at 10:30am. Is it to early to be drinking or not early enough?

There is drunk, and there is "internet" drunk.

If someone is typing stupid and saying they are drunk. LIE.

I can be absolutely shitfaced and pass out at the keyboard for five minutes, gain consciousness for 2 minutes long enough to type a sentence and it will be spelled correctly and be understandable sentences... mostly.

The difference is the actual content of the text.

Ex.

"Fuck you man, my cock is huge. My sister told me so."
