Seriously.

That was in the closet in our apartment. I've been here almost a year and I did not know there was a Dreamcast just lying around in a closet. This is both amazing and ludicrous. I think it belonged to my stepson, hence why I can see horrible dirty fingerprints on it, but it has been successfully commandeered and shall be lovingly restored. Now I just need to find an AV cable and some good games for it. Capcom vs. SNK was in the machine, but that's about it.

This is absolutely ridiculous.

Woweee. If only there was a 360 in my closet.
Any excuse to show us the Webby NOMINATION...
kewl bro
Is that a microphone? what kind is it? Nice find, funny how you found it just after its 10th birthday too.
Record of Lodoss War was probably one of the lesser known gems for that machine. It's an rpg like Diablo and has a great story and is totally epic. The first Sonic for that was the shit too, and pretty much why the whole 3D Sonic craze started and ended up as the whore out series we know today. There weren't many great games for that machine imo unfortunately :/
And Capcom Vs SNK?!?! YOU LUCK FUCKHOLE!

I think I have some extra DC games lying around that I can send you. I found them in the trash. The local Gamestop actually tossed them a few years back.
What? Awesome. Capcom vs SNK is awesome by the way.
I was gonna say a duct taped, asian midget, but that's alright too.
And to think I bought one like a fool. I should just be checking closets
Haha Capcom vs. SNK was lying in mine as well some time ago: now its Powerstone 2.
You lucky bastard.

Damn those journalism fairies, giving dreamcasts to journalisms people.
Ok ... thats just too uncanny... i mean you could have had ANYTHING else... is it a sign?
Jim it uses the same AV cable as the ps2. ;) Atleast mine did, which I also found.
@Kohlstream
It's a Snowball Microphone. I used them for voiceovers in my film classes; they're fantastic.
A she wolf? oh, a Dreamcast.
Even more proof that Jim is King of Videogames.
Kohlstream: What King Kong Five said. Niero had it ordered for me so I could produce video content. It's a very nice device indeed.
Did you really find that in your closet?

That's awesome.
Hey Jimmles, we have the same laptop! Awesome!
There's a PSOne in my closet. Hasn't been used since 2001.
Strangly enough, my dreamcast is also in my closet. :D
dam, that's awesome. how long you been in the states now? you in mississippi still? i'll be visiting bulexi next year.
Probably the best thing you can find in a closet.
Lucky, maybe CvS could be your intro to fighting games. You can go to strategy wiki to look up movesets and other crap about the game.
Whoa, awesome! Let me check my closet, hold on...

Son of a bitch.
Fuck man. I wish I could look through the house and pull out consoles. Some guys get all the luck =[

Also: The Dreamcast is gay! CONFIRMED!
Confirmed J. Holmes Dumpster Dives...

I should try this at my Gamestop(s)... :)
I miss playing online on the Dreamcast... good times.
Best closet ever!
It wasn't R. Kelly?

Or Tom Cruise?
CAPCOM VS SNK!!

when you learn how to burn dreamcast games post a cblog about it so you can teach me :3
Awesome! ... and you even found the controller too!
Download and burn?
Damn, I assumed it was your sexuality, but then I saw the pic. I'm, like, so mature, you guys don't even know. Commas are badass.
The dreamcast finally came out of the closet.
"So guess what I found in the closet..."

My somewhat latent homosexual tendencies?
LOL @ Ace of Knaves.

Nice find Jim.
Stepson? How old is he? Do you have a blood-related son?
Sonic Adventure. You know your going to get it Jim.
GOD FUCKING DAMN IT!

I want one! When I was 16 I nearly cried on my birthday when I was given something other than the dreamcast

Fuck my life!
what the fuck shit?
I wonder what else your wife is hiding?
Jim, what's ridiculous is you get 21 faps just for going, "Oh hey there's shit in my closet!" Your popularity knows no bounds.
And all this time I thought the only thing in the closet was you! ::rimshot::

Weird game to find in a Dreamcast, though.
Enjoy it! Maybe you should use Goozex for games.
Short of, you know, sweeping social changes and chicken nuggets falling from the sky, this is the best news I've ever heard. Congratulations.
I want you to come out of the closet.
Your closet killed the dreamcast.

Next year you'll probably find a PSPGo in there.
Ridiculous but awesome. Now man up and play Ikaruga!
hahahahaha lucky bastard.
I wish my closet was magical like yours. All I find in mine are dirty underpants and rotting hookers. I mean, rotting sweatshirts. Yes.
