If you read Destructoid at all last week, you may have read one of the features I am most proud of ever putting together, Viva Pinarcotics, in which I threw together a bunch of animal/drug portmanteaus, drew them out like some sort of freak, and got Topher to color them in awesomely. It didn't quite take the 'net by storm as I really hoped, but at least one guy enjoyed it -- Rare's head of design Gregg Mayles, the dude who created Banjo-Kazooie, VP and Donkey Kong Country.
"Did [Rare] send a response to this guy, complimenting him on his inventions? If only we could do stuff like this..." Hurrah! Validation at last. Just thought that was really f'n cool and figured I'd CBlog her up. I'm really glad he liked it.
