I have seen the first episode and I will point out some things. Seeing how the animu has been aiming a focus on Alicia's perspective as opposed to Welkin's perspective is a new change, but it does help make me understand why she went to examine Welkin about his "spy" activities a little more. Also, Welkin appears to be a tad more air-headed when the whole war thing is being discussed than in the game.

As for Isara, as much as I like her, I feel disturbed that the animators have made an increase in her eye size. Now I can't see her without fearing that she wants to eat my soul whenever she is looking at me. There have been some minor alterations from its game counterpart but so far; they haven't done too much to change a characters main personality.

As it is, it's only the first episode and I'll be waiting to see how animu will interpret the other characters as well. On another note, the ending credits are very silly but adorable.
