Well, would you look at that. Somebody put a dong in GTA. You'll see it at about 3 minutes in. Is this the first time we've see full frontal in an M rated game?

Since this is DLC, I'm guessing it doesn't need to pass any ESRB review? This could be an interesting way for studios to get past prohibitive ratings systems - just make a base game, pop in some DLC later on with all kinds of possibly objectionable material. Good times.

I for one applaud what Rockstar has done by breaking the male frontal nudity. If games are to be taken seriously, it's about time we acted like it, too. Oh, and my wife agrees with the sentiment.

It is pointless, but it does make a point: If the ESRB isn't going to rate DLC, then its about to be "party time", if you will . .. wait wait WAIT hold the phone guys . . .

I just checked the trailer for Lost and the Damned: The ESRB rating description was changed. The box says "Partial Nudity" and the Trailer notes "Nudity".

The ESRB does rate DLC.

Perhaps flaccid dong doesn't quite ding the AO scale?
