So, I'm very familiar with all that is Destructoid and I've been an avid reader for a few years now. I haven't had the time to start a blog or even at least create a profile. I would normally just hop on the net and read a few articles before I continued my busy, restless, shithole of a life. Anyway, I recently just got laid off and I was actually happy about it, as weird as that sounds. YAY! NO MORE MONEY! HOORAH! I feel really free, since they let me go at... (Let’s just say it’s a very huge cell phone provider that has a very reliable *Network*). I've been able to finish my homework and projects on time, and I've been able to cram in a lot of game time, as well.
Currently I own the PS3 and unfortunately the Wii, of which I haven't purchased a game for since Brawl. I buy games on a normal basis (even though, I really didn't have much time to play them, in the past, as I stated previously). I'm currently attending college and, like many people here on Dtoid, am perusing a career in the gaming field. Although I don't want to design, nor create games, I want to market them. I have a lot of experience in sales and I hate to brag, but I can sell a (damn I can't think of anything good...oh well here it goes) cock to a lesbian! WHOA, SORRY! I got a little carried away there... Did that even make sense?
Well I'm pretty tired of typing about myself. I hope to be a part of the PS3 FNF next friday and maybe I'll get to own... I mean, meet some of you there. heheh

I'll give you one PROtip: Take games you like and try to write some copy based on the features you think are selling points, even if they aren't.
Almost ever marketing person I've talked to or worked with seems to write terrible, almost laughable copy because they aren't familiar enough with games or what gamers are really looking for when they buy them.
Just the fact that you are a gamer, already gives you a heads up in that regard.

I also worked in sales. Not that that matters, but I did previously have a job in sales. THE MORE YOU KNOW!
