I have this game, I think.
God does that make me sad.
i have the legend of zelda board game.
now THAT'S a board game.
I have the complete collection of Mario Bros comic books in one book. Just found it again the other day. I love that thing.
And I love lurkers who do it right. Welcome to destructoid.
NihonTiger90: You've obviously got the meanings of 'sad' and 'amazing' mixed up. Don't worry about it though, happens to the best of us.
BlackSheep: I am literally in awe.
And Blehman: Thanks a lot.
Wow I kind of want that. Like ALOT
I had left it at my parent's house when I moved to Philly, but i'm going up there to get my monte tomorrow, i'll try to remember to take some pictures of that beloved thing and show a mini blog.
I have this game! It's in my little brothers closet! I never did play it much though, I just like having the pog things with pokemon on them.
I has this too but sadly small children have demolished it
This game was tons of win back in the day.

My family had this, but it got demolished. Games that have that many pieces usually do.
I have the RBY and the GS version. It was a pain to set up and no where near as much fun as the card game.
holy hell, did I have good times with that game.
A friend of mine brought it in during the 5th grade for board games day, and I fell in love with it ever since. the feeling I got when I rolled a six (I believe) to catch Mewtwo. Nerdgasmic.
I eventually bought my own, and made people play it any chance I could during family parties.
But alas, the pieces, and probably the board itself, is long gone, another victim to how unorganized I am. A shame too, I bet my friends would really dig a game like this these days.
I'm very glad to see that this game has brought joy to so many of you.
Oh god! I remember this game when I was a kid! I used to play it all the time with my family!
That game as awesome! I had forgotten all about until now! If I remeber correctly, it involved you going around the board rolling die to catch the Pokemon tokens untill you recahed the elite four and had a Pokemon battle. Sooo much fun! Someone should really make an online version of it.
I've beaten the indigo plateau so I don't need this board game because I'm a Master already!
POH-KEY-MON!
I miss this game. T_T
It says a lot about the people on the internet to have them not pick up on the stabbing attempt i mentioned in my blog. =D
Which was true.
He was an odd kid.
@lolaus.
I thought that was a joke. That's kind of creepy @.@ How old was the kid at the time?
My cousins used to have this! It was so awesome.
I so wanted this game as a kid, but I got more video games instead. I think I got the better end of the deal.
I think we were probably about 11, maybe?
He brought a pen knife to school and tried to attack me, but my friend Ellis grabbed it and broke the knife in half. From then on we were worst enemies, but I don't think I had much say in it. I still don't remember what happened to make him so upset...
He was the person I first completed Pokémon with, we both traded with each other to get the full 150 on red/blue.
Good times.
This game should be online.
