When I feel like posting something else, by god, I'll post about something else. But I already wrote a 8 page paper for Psych today, so you guys get shafted.

In any event, My Rock Band replacement Guitar came today, and appears to be very much similar to the original, except that the strum bar feels much less... how should I put this... like it's sitting in pudding? It's got some strength behind it, and so far, I've been rockin' pretty damn hard with it, instead of going to Com 100. So yeah.

Just because I got my guitar nao (which is shit because I ordered it last Sunday. with the 2 day shipping), I best not be left out of this whole "Free EA Game" ordeal, because I want fucking Madden in Spanish, fuck- I don't even LIKE American Football.

And with that, I'll leave on the note that Manchester United won against Fulham, and Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice, brilliant!

I think the free game is only for people whose orders have been shipped later than expected, or have been delayed.

Heretic - no no no, I want a free game, and I don't care if it's Madden in spanish, why would I buy madden? :( Spanish may make it tolerable.

I totally agree about the guitar. I just got mine back and it does feel significantly different from my broken one. Not that it was broken, it felt very loose originally while tihs new one is much more sturdy.

Necros :I don't expect any more than a game retailing for $20 new, but I'd love to hear how Madden sounds in Spanish, or how terribly un-enthusiastic they are (keep in mind- I speak Spanish fluently, so I know pretty well when it's not exciting in Spanish.) [Italian is my first language though :P]

According to the internets, it's simply because the Chinamens couldn't screw the damn strum bar on right, and you can fix this yourself.

Chuchoyei: yes, and no. It feels a lot more solid, but still loose than Guitar Hero's strum bar to me, also paired with the entirely different grip that the Rock Band one has, so somewhat.

Wedge: It was a design flaw by the hardware designers, it was designed to work, but they failed to look far enough as to see that it fails in a short amount of time. Yes, I could very well open it and fix it- but I paid good money for this, and I want a product that isn't going to break in six hours- THE WAY IT WAS DESIGNED. If this replacement breaks on me in a year, so be it- I can mod it then. The point of the replacement to me? Mine broke day one. That is unacceptable.

Wedge: Right; I never denied that it couldn't be fixed, in fact, if I wasn't lazy and the replacement process was a pain in the ass- I would have done that already.

yea even though we got a new guitar, it still feels a lot less comfortable than the one that you got for guitar hero III. its too bad.
