With all the buzz about HD DVD death and whatnot it's no surprise that some places are cutting prices. Whether they make it public for those reasons or not. I received in my e-mail today a letter from Amazon.com said:

"Dear Amazon.com Customer,
As someone who has purchased HD DVDs and HD electronics from Amazon.com, you might like to know that right now we have over 100 sought-after HD DVDs on sale for 50% off, with many titles starting as low as only $14.95."

So there you have it. If you're thirsty for some HD DVD hit up amazon.com.

PS: Sorry about the crappy quality of this blog. I'm at work and have no time right now to do this, haha.

You guys are looking for any cracks to point at and laugh, jeez. Grow up. Amazon's having a sale. They've done it before. They're going to do it again for both formats. Not two weeks ago they were having a 50% off sale for BR Warner titles. They had WB AND SONY on sale about 4 weeks ago at 50% off. Sales in general are down right now, sales make money. They're not taking a loss on selling those at that price. Retailers do not media sell at a loss.

As someone who streams hd content from their pc to their 360 via windows media network sharing service, i may actually consider this. (although in reality i probably won't buy a single one)
