Hahaha, this bot filter is so fucking funny I can't help but play with it. Thought I would write something else? Forget it lol.
To apprise you of my progress of becoming a casual gamer, I've taken up the hobby of gardening...in Viva Piñata. I got the thing dirt cheap off of Amazon, only 8 bucks and I am really pleased. This is the type of casual experience that is essentially therapeutic for a remorseful gamer like me. It's graphically advanced, and the achievements are not forced but seem to flow well with the gameplay. I still can't shake off the kiddie feeling of the game as it is clearly marketed and designed as a family game. Did anyone else play VP?
I've been rather disconsolate lately while playing the still broken Battlefield 1943. I still get periods where the game randomly kicks me off in every game blaming MY network out of all the audacity. This isn't why I paid 50 bucks a year for Live so I could have a technically flawed game call me out for having a bad connection. I know this is a server issue, but has anyone else experienced this lately? Dice also need to fix the huge balance problems in the game like hit detection. I am not the most adroit gamer when it comes to hand-to-eye coordination, but it shouldn't take a whole fucking clip to kill a guy. I feel this game punishes more inexperienced FPS gamers by having some questionable mechanics. CoD4, although a different experience, captured the realistic feel of warfare.
Lastly in this blogging mélange, I can't believe SK is seriously considering a sequel to what is arguably the most disappointing game of all time next to Fable 2. Granted, I did buy TH on day one but only out of pity for Dennis and his team. I believed in you Dennis, when you got banned on NeoGaf, and when everyone bitched about the demo, I stood by you. SK should just move on and develop something new, a sequel is just an embarrassment for everyone associated with this industry including its own gamers

And Fable 2 being one of the most disappointing games of all time? Fair enough, but I'd like to know what disappointed you about it.
As for the game, I love it, but the "1,000 shots til you die" is really stupid. Then again, that's always been how Battlefield games were: you could shoot someone point blank with a rocket and they'd be fine. It's always been an arcade-y shooter.
COD:WAW/4's hardcore mode is so much more fun in my opinion, though. Crouch servers ftw.
The problem with 1943's sniper is the speed of the bullet , not the actual power ...
He was actually talking about Too Human getting a sequel. Which I don't give a shit what anyone says, it was a enjoyable hack and slash with tons of loot. I enjoyed almost every minute of the game. Aside from the painfully long death sequence, it was a great Diablo clone.
