Bioshock, Assassin's Creed $40 at Best Buy
Hinesmdc | 6:45 PM on 01.22.2008 4 comments

That's right. For this week only, these two smash hits from last year will be retailing for $39.99 at all Best Buy stores across the country. The sale was not widely advertised, so there will be plenty of copies of each game to go around. Just though I would share this with you all. I purchased Bioshock tonight for this awesome price. I already have Assassin's Creed, or would have picked it up tonight as well. These are two must have games, at $20 off usual MSRP. Head to the store right now and pick them up!

I remember when AC was on sale the first time. It was only for the 360 for some reason. Still a good deal for both games.

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?

Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!

I own a Sega Genesis, NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube (comeplete with Game Boy Player), Wii, Xbox, Xbox 360, Playstation, PLaystation 2, PSP, Nintendo DS Lite, Sega Dreamcast, Game Boy, Game Boy Pocket, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, Game Boy Advance SP and a Game Boy Micro.

I have a huge game collection consisting of over 1,000 games total, as well as a large DVD collection, so you could say I'm a huge gamer. I am an avid music listener, and my favorite bands include Coheed and Cambria, Fuel, Iron Maiden and Killswitch Engage.

That is all for now. Enjoy.
