PS2s Soon To Be $99?

I just came across this image of a sale at Target for the PS2 starting Feb. 24th.

Now I remember rumors all over the series of tubes saying how the PS2 would see a price reduction in North America. Hell it happened in Japan. I also remember Sony would release these PS2s in three colors (black, white, and silver). So I'm crossing my fingers that the PS2 will now be $99 because if so I will gladly buy another one.
