I love gaming. Its a passion of mine that will probably determine with career I have in about two years. I also enjoy anime and the occasional figurine. What I don't enjoy is paying for all this shit. I've definably picked some of the most expensive hobbies. So after doing some calculations on all the games and game accessories I want after E3 I felt like shooting myself. I can't believe I spend so much money on games alone.
Okay lets get started. This is a list of all the games and accessories I plan on purchasing this winter (games released now till December 31st). 
Too Human = Just kidding this game is shit. 
Tales of Vesperia = $60 
Mercenaries 2 = $60 
Stupid Fucking Title = $60 
Rock Band 2 = $60 
Star Wars The Force Unleashed EXTRTEME!1! = $60 
Brothers In Arms: Hell's Highway Limited Edition (360 Version) = $70 
50 SQUARE KILOMETERS!! = $60 
Fallout 3 Collector's Edition = $80 
Aliens: Colonial Marines = $60 
Bad Box Art = $60 
Fable 2 Limited Edition = $80 
Left 4 Dead = $60

Disgaea 3 = $50 (unless there is a limited edition in which cause that bitch is mine) 
Little Big Planet = $60 
Resistance 2 = $60 
Valkyria Chronicles = $60 FOR A PSP GAME WTF!! Obviously there are more 360 games I would buy than PS3 games. That's because I prefer the 360 controller and its Live system. Also I'm not taking into account the back log of PS3 games I would buy like Uncharted and Metal Gear Solid 4. This list also doesn't include all the download content and down loadable games I would get. So STFU before you post OMG 360 FANBOI!1! 
Chrono Trigger DS = $40 
All Other DS Games = A spot in hell. 
All PSP games = Custom Firmware 3.90 M33 :D I <3 Dark Alex. Holy shit. the grand total comes out to: $2430 (not including tax T_T) The worst (or best) part I don't think I could remove any of those games off my list. Of course I'm not going to buy all of these but I will eventually try to own all of them. And they say piracy is wrong. With these prices its hard to imagine their are so many gamers. Seriously though game industry stop unloading so many games at once. You need to find a balance. Don't go the Nintendo route but stop spraying your whole load on us during winter.

If you don't have time to play them all it honestly seems like a huge waste of money, unless you just enjoy supporting the developers.
No one's talking about it because there hasn't been much word since 2005. I certainly didn't hear anything about a 2008 release. All I know is they've got some new funding and a publisher (finally). I don't think the game is even close to completion yet.
Bonus: Checked their website (Tarsier Studios) just now and found that they're apparently working on a "Super Secret PSN" title. Yay?
But ahhhh, patience, such an elusive vixen!
Seriously, Tarsier (the people making it) haven't even updated their site in 3 years.
Also, can you imagine how much more money you'd have if you didn't have a videogame obsession? Like seriously go back through all the past years and add up the cost? I'm afraid to even think about it.

Also, that is insane, I thought my plans to buy an arcade stick for Wii and 360, plus about 3 release day games and 2 games already out was ambitious. Then again, I don't have a job.
