Treyarch....you sons of bitches. I had alight hope for you. Very very slight. I wanted to believe you had finally made a decent entry into the Call of Duty serious. Instead however you greatly disappointed me. GREATLY TREMENDOUSLY SUPER DUPER DISAPPOINTED ME. If the designers of World at War when in my home right this second I would call them every swear word I know. I wouldn't call them Conservative Republicans though becuase that would be going too far.
Grenades. Those god damn cursed fucking grenades. I honestly did not know every German/Japanese soldier carried around fifty grenades each. Why is it that every ten steps there is a grenade at my fucking feet! Have you fuckers ever heard of the word moderation? You seriously have no idea how frustrated I am. I'm currently playing on veteran because well quite frankly I could take it on CoD4. But your shitty game is challenging because the game has so many flaws! The AI of my "allies" (I use quotation marks because it seems they rather get in my way then help take out enemies) is laughable and I don't mean that in a sarcastic way. It is literally laughable how shit the AI is. When I'm dying I can see my ally run right pass the fucking Nazi that killed me. He then proceeds to shoot at a fucking wall.
The first couple of levels had me praising you for making a average game. Then all the flaws just fall on top of me at once. I am so happy my friend let me borrow this and I didn't have to pay $60 fro what is essentially a worse version of Call of Duty 4.

This blog pretty much sums up the spectrum of emotion I had after loading up World at War. I genuinely just don't understand how it was reviewed so well outside of Dtoid. The AI is possibly the worst I've seen in years, no, it IS the worst. Absolutely abysmal. I thought they'd gotten rid of airstrikes in this one until I had my first hail of heat seaking grenades that land all around your feet no matter where you are.
