This isn't going to fix it, but basically, it knows what browser you're using and that's why it loads the mobile version of the site.

This should tell you what version of safari it "thinks" it is. I would wager, that unless you jailbreak your iphone there isn't going to be much you can change about this.
The reason for the redirect though, might have more to do with the fact that the iPhone doesn't support Flash.

That's a good question. A lot of sites allow you to specify the full version in the url. For example, YouTube uses http://www.youtube.com/?nomobile=1 to force the full version to load. I don't see a similar option for dtoid just from playing around, but if it doesn't exist, it shouldn't be too hard to implement.
