When WoW wasn't all about rep grinding to get a long questline which will evantually let you into the endgame instances, which you need the best gear you can find to clear one mob.
Be more specific.
>_> Anyways, I think my first step into a 40-man raid instance was awesome.
It was Zul'Gurub IIRC.
What the fuck is WOW!!!!
Remember when Molten Core was the cat's pajamas?
WoW was my first MMO so stepping into new areas for the first time was what I remember most. Most notably levels 20-55 where I ran with all the instances with my initial guildmates of my hunter, 3 warlocks, and a mage. We didn't know what the hell we were doing, obviously, but had a great time.
The great Cenarion Circle Armistice Ball. My favorite memory out of the entire game.
Yeah I remember back in beta, I was playing Alliance (I was young and stupid!) and when I ventured out of Dun Morogh and into Loch Modan, I was amazed at how beautiful and expansive the world was.
Take 2.
OMG HUGE PICTURES :)
I'd have to say the moment where I realized that I'd never played WoW.
@Nex: What class do you play? And Netherstorm was awesome - pretty sure I dinged there too.
wow haters r layme
My favorite memory was running Molten Core for the first time, or hitting with some guildies Zul'Gurub about 10 minutes after it went live and getting to run an instance that absolutely none of us had any clue about.
