Location: Ottawa, ON, Canada.
Profile: I'm a longtime gamer, and started playing video games during the transition from the NES to the SNES. Although I like retro games, I play mostly newer games on the 360. Still, my favourite gaming memories are from all-nighters filled with Goldeneye, Perfect Dark and Smash Bros. in the late 90s.
I'm looking for a career in public service, politics or other fields where research and writing are critical. Though, the closer it's related to games, the better.
I make videos, animated gifs, podcasts and all kinds of random stuff in my spare time. I'm also trying to develop my own gaming website (details coming eventually).
Systems: NES, Super NES, Gameboy, Gameboy Advance, Nintendo 64, Wii, Sega Genesis, Playstation 2, Xbox 360, PC, Colecovision (my dad's). Also, many other systems (including arcade) that I not emulate.

In this weekly feature (on Fridays now), I take four pieces of music from different video games and play them in reverse. Your job is to figure out what song it is and what game it's from. They are put in order from easiest to hardest (from my perspective), and cover the full range of games, from retro to new, from popular to obscure. Also, there's a fifth "WTF/bonus" track that is from regular music, TV or movies that I put in as an extra challenge, or because it sounds especially odd played backwards. Still no prizes yet, but I'll keep a scoreboard for bragging rights: 1. EnoSachran: 4 2. Changston: 1 Last week: Here's the answers to last week's puzzle, and who got each right: #1) Easy: Final Fantasy IV, "Red Wings". (EnoSachran) #2) Easy: Sonic 2, "Casino Night Zone". (EnoSachran) #3) Medium: Bayonetta, "Let's Dance, Boys!". (EnoSachran) #4) Hard: Megaman 5, "Gravity Man". (Changston) #5) WTF: Samurai Pizza Cats, "Opening". (EnoSachran) This week: Since people solved last week's puzzle pretty quickly, I've raised the difficulty a little bit. One of them sounds quite different from the regular version, while another is an improved version of a song that was in a disappointing sequel. I'm thinking I'll do a theme week next week (hint: I have a ton of Megaman OST's...) The tracks run thirty seconds each, so you can skip around easily. The selections are (with clues): #1) Easy: Not the most explosive way to start a game, but still a memorable track. #2) Medium: I can't let you get that. #3) Hard: Technically, this is some urban music. #4) Hard: A very creepy song, but makes me hungry for some reason. #5) WTF: I wish more people have seen this show. Definitely Better than it's sequels.
