I'm 24 years old and from MN.
I'm currently trying to finish up college at Winona State.

Currently playing: MvC3, SSFIV and deblob 2.

I own: 360, Dreamcast, Wii, DS, N64, Gameboy(broken) and a slew of virtual console games.

My first system was the Nintendo Gameboy with Super Mario Land and Kirby's Dream Land. I grew up playing Sonic 2, Aladdin, NBA Jam and Donkey Kong Country at my neighbor's house. My favorite genres include platforming, action and rhythm games.

Well, Rock Band 2 is finally upon us and is rocking faces clean off.

I'm sure some of you are waiting for a month for the bundle, but what if you are like me and really only want the new drums since you only have an SDTV?

Well if this sounds like you, then I have found a deal for you (wow that sound campy but w/e)

Deep Discount has the Rock Band 2 Drums for $68.99 and they should hit stores tommorow (or so amazon tells me)

The drums normally sell for $90, so I might even pick these up at this price even though my current drums still work pretty well.

Now keep the rock going!

EDIT: I realize $70 is still expensive but it's at least nice to have some sort of initial discount.

Mehhh I don't have any drums but I figure it'll be just as expensive if I bought the Mic, Drums, and Game seperately because I have Guitar Hero guitars.

As tempting as that deal is, when it comes to drumming I think I'll stick with the wired version for response time's sake.

pretty good deal, thanks for sharing! I'm also keeping my old drums; I have an elaborate seemingly wireless setup that involves USB extension cables and a strategically placed living room rug :)
