Just thought I'd toss this up before as something to end my lack of posting. There was a petition out today that was for darkening the environments of Diablo 3 to make them take on a more gothic tone. It gained well over 7000 signatures. In response, Sol Invictus of http://www.blizzardguru.com has created a petition to preserve Diablo 3 to its original artistic vision had by Blizzard and to prevent changes from being made before we actually get to see more of the game.

Why would Blizzard even care about 7,000 signatures? They have literally millions of fans the world over. 7,000 is like a drop in the bucket.

If people still watch other people play StarCraft on TV in Korea or wherever the fuck they do that, I don't think they need to worry about some asshats on the internet. They'll have enough people buy the game.

And, if people weren't complete retards, they would remember they can always change the DISPLAY SETTINGS on their copy to make it darker instead of complaining to Blizzard about it like it's an actual problem that needs "fixing."
