Hey I'm Xero I'm a gamer who seems to be one of the few that don't have some needless console fanboyism. I mostly buy Nintendo Products but that's only because well I like the stuff but don't worry I don't pass up good games just because there not Nintendo (I don't own an XBox or PS3 because I already have regular access to them) Oh yeah I'm single and British. Any takers? Anyone?
My favourite series:
EARTHBOUND!
Pokemon
Mario
SuperSmashBros.
Megaman
Legend of Zelda
Metroid
Pikmin
Anything by Valve
My games on my to do list (Either wanna buy or complete):
Punch Out!
Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn
Sin and Punishment 2
Metroid: Other M
Zelda Wii
A Boy and His Blob
A Godamned PSP
[Fuckkkkkk! My backlog is growing every day and hat's
without the DS and PC games....]

That, and Smash Bros, Metroid Prime, Wind Waker and the Kinnikuman (Ultimate Muscle) game.
And that's about it. RIP, GC. And say Hi to Virtua Boy for me.
My Virtual Boy, however, I took to a taxidermist and had mounted on my wall.
Why two?
But the Wii is testament to how awesome the Gamecube is. How many other consoles can make a whole new one just from taping two together?
@DynamoJoe
I think the Gamecube had some of the greatest games I've ever played in my life. To this day: Wind Waker > Twilight Princess and Thousand Year Door > Super Paper Mario.
@rexwolf2
I would be astounded if there is anyone that can manage to destroy a Gamecube.
@mrandydixon (Name change didn't last long then?)
Short, sweet and without regrets; That's the Gamecube way.
@Nihil
The 'cube will never die as long as we believe! (and the Virtual Boy never happened if we all cease to)
@CjillyBilly
One of my biggest regrets in life was only ever owning one Gamecube. You're living the dream bro.
Yeah, I loves Paper Mario 2. The only bad association I have with it is when I found out that most of the parrners were copies of the originals.
I'm okay with it because they didn't exactly have the largest selection of interest species and there were no direct copy and pastes. I'm probably just letting it off because of nostalgia though.
Pure love in box form.

The domesticated Gamecube always reverts to it's primal instincts when challenged. It's first instinct upon danger to to beat the living shit out of everything. It's second is to play some Double Dash.
Happy birthday, you misunderstood bastard.
I got my GameCube about a year and a half ago, well after it's life. I wanted one when it launched, but I got a PS2 instead, so of course I quickly forgot about the Cube. But one day I just started thinking about it, so I looked up it's game library, looked up prices on eBay, and grabbed one of those suckers. I already have about 60-70 games for it. I love it along with my PS2.
I wish they did more GC/Wii simultaneous releases like they did with Twilight Princess and the Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy. I'm pretty sure if they did, the GameCube would still be going strong today like the PS2 is!
I have much love for the cube.
I don't have a lot of NGC games in my collection, but the selection is pretty neat. I like the GameCube.
Also, GBA addon is the tits.
Also, also, I still need to acquire Skies of Arcadia: Legends for it.
So yeah, we still love you GameCube! Happy Birthday!
It's good to know that people still appreciate the 'cube. I thought I was thye only one that cared =]
I actually just brought my GameCube out of a box the other day. Hooked it up and everything though I seemed to have lost the power adapter somewhere >_>
I did bring nachos, Mr. Gamecube.
