I think I can live without Protoman, but sign me up for Endless Attack and the Special Stage. I'll be on the fence about new difficulties until I've had some time with it.

THe more I think about it, the more Hero and Super Hero mode seem like a very interesting concept. Extreme amounts of enemies could prove to be a lot of fun, if it isn't incredibly cheap.

The information comes straight from the 'Mega Man 9' entry on the Wii Shop Channel.

@SantanaClaus
"STFUAJPG" does not, not, NOT apply here. We just happen to care about the integrity and quality of the industry that we love. That's why we complain. We don't want to see developers skimping on content in the final game, while pumping out DLC immediately after release. I have no intention of going anywhere near this shitty franchise, but I have every intention of being pissed at the developers and annoyed with the people who suck this crap up happily.

You're absolutely correct. It's a shame that people like Sharpless who want everything handed to them on a silver platter for free can't seem to understand your point.
Did Mega Man 1-6 have multiple playable characters? Did they have multiple difficulties? (other than MM2, no) Did they have endless levels?
NO!
So you're not really being skimped on any content now are you? Also, MM1-6 cost $50 apiece. MM9 costs $10.

Oh, I see. So, wanting companies to put some effort into their games and not try to milk their fans for every cent they can is wanting everything handed to me on a silver platter for free? Not wanting to pay for content that every other developer would have put in the final version of their game is wrong? Well, boy, that's sure news to me. But I guess you'll make up any excuse to excuse your blind fanboy tendencies.
You are the reason that developers and companies like Microsoft are allowed to put bullshit DLC out there, like Oblivion's horse armor, Ninja Gaiden 2's costumes, and Beautiful Katamari's "extra" levels. Congrats, bud. You're inheriting a shitty, charge-for-everything industry that you helped create. Hope you enjoy it, because it's only going to get worse from here on out.
