The elevator glitch was funny a couple times when the person was being an ass, maybe, but people who ruin games for fun should just be banned from the internet.

I tried healing a guy on Live who wouldn't talk. He shot me point blank and ran off. Then he started bitching he was going for the "no heal" achievement (the first time he spoke all match).
When I tried telling him all he had to do was tell me that and I would have covered him, he closed a door in my face and stood in the way, effectively locking me in.
I pulled out my shotgun and blasted down the door and shot him dead. Told him not to be a cunt and my gf and I left the game. Bastard.
Only time I purposely team killed.
I must say Geoff while its funny seeing it happen to other people, if it happened to me I would probably be a little pissed off. Online is a blessing and a curse, sometimes its so rewarding to play online other times not so much. That is why I love a great single player campaign, no other human can screw you over.

If you want to grief people properly, artistically, you have to do it with style. Griefing is all about being the puppeteer to their reactions, without that, you're just another unimaginative bully.
But then again, the title was likely ironic, wasn't it? You probably don't want to be like that.
