Why is 10 minutes a limit on YouTube? I've seen videos on there that are like 45 minutes long, and they're not from YouTube, either... That's kinda lame.

Nintendo Customer Service is really helpful and I don't think they deserve BS like this. As someone who works all day talking to idiots, I wouldn't find this very funny it's just frustrating and unnecessary. It was a headache that that guy didn't ask for, nor deserve.
