Wait ...
I honestly don't know what to say, since Aniwednesday goes too late as it is. If I had to choose, I'd go with the 3x3 schedule, since that way I wouldn't miss any story of the first two if I really had to go to bed.
Trigun.
But I usually can't make it.
Aniwednesday as a whole is too late for a work day, you should just change the whole time frame and air it on the afternoon.
No list of options to choose from?
Put on some mecha, like Big O or something.
Actually, I'd probably watch w/e you'd think is good.
Gankutsuo is a type of anime I'd watch on my own time or something heh.
I'm thinking that five episodes of each show is a little too much to do in one sitting (unless it fits nicely into an arc or something), especially if one show isn't...*cough* Zoids *cough*...as interesting. So, I'd prefer the three episode setup.
Might I suggest doing a full anime movie (or movies) once in a while (like the Gurren-Lagann one)?
@Naim
Whut? That shit makes no sense. If everyone's at work, then HOW can they watch anime? Also, I'm AT SCHOOL. I think the timeframe works fine.
Also, I'm not asking for show suggestions right now. I'm asking for scheduling suggestions. Did any of you people even READ what I wrote there?
@Guncannon
I have a few possible anime movies lined up for future broadcasts, actually. I may do the Detective Conan vs. Lupin III movie in a couple weeks.
I'd like to see some Hellsing. Ultimate or otherwise.
I saw all of Gankutsuou. No one has noses. The art style is really excellent, but it does get a tad boring towards the end... I recommend watching Kemonozume if you haven't already.
Seriously, guys? STILL with the Anime suggestions? Only, like, 2 people actually answered my question... Also,
@MK
We have forums? LOL WUT.
I'd say 3 of 3. And please don't kill Gankutsuou. If you're worried about time-slots, why not let people vote on the order in which to watch each series, or at least switch them around every couple of weeks. Also, don't worry about starting earlier, I actually have anime club until about 9:30 EST, so any earlier and I'd be missing even more.
Also, I'd love to see some Zetsubou Sensei in the lineup, though some of the jokes would be lost since some of them are literally on the screen for a fraction of a second.
@Quantum Zombie
Gankutsuou ended last week. I'm not killing anything. Also, switching series around can fuck up the schedule other people may have. Like not everyone wanted to watch Zoids, but totally wanted to be there for Gurren Lagann. If I swapped those two shows one day just to mix things up, people would be totally screwed over if they didn't see the post in time (which apparently many people don't).
3 anime with 3 episodes each sounds good. leaves the extra 20 mins for something for more vidya streamin.
...for more vidya streaming*
Scratch out "for something" ._.
Three episodes of three anime sounds good to me. But I'm rarely awake when you start these Aniwednesdays, which is a shame, because I really liked what little I saw of Gankutsuou (and I really wanted to watch some Gurren Lagaan too). Being GMT is a disadvantage at times.
Oh, and if someone does a GMT-friendly viewing, I wouldn't mind a showing of the Patlabor TV series. Never got released in Britain, y'see.
Five episodes of two. That way we can get into a certain series more and can have less of "Fuck blank lets just watch more blank!"
