Modern Warfare series, said to be the best FPS games
ever created.
The single player experience prides itself on a twisty plotline filled with interactive, scripted 'cutscenes'. The rest of the game is all basic FPS elements, then more scrpited events after another. Its basically a big interactive movie. The multiplayer is nothing new than any other game, and the producers are even getting rid of the PC side of the deal.
The game itself is a great experience, its fun, its graphic, and the 'movie' playout is fun the 1st playthrough around. But knowing I had to wait and pre-order then ultimatly buy this, I was saddened... The 1st modern warfare was a truly good game, but after one playthrough for the second one, it kind of lost its touch. I mean, there were parts I went,
OH MY GOD REALLY? No Russian had that thought in my head, It was really epic (in a deep way). But other than that, it seemed like a basic game. Without scripted peices, this game would be horrid.
I don't think this game has serious reward qualities, I think this game is a good game because everyone thinks so... its a trend... just like
Halo 3 . Sure the multiplayer is fun, but the game itself is ehhh.
Looks like I made both sides of the fanboy spectrum upset, so I'll leave it to it.
Also as I said earlier, I hate the flimsy cases...
