As some of you (i can imagine not many!) my have read in my Blog post about
Achievements. I touched upon GTAIV having some fun points to be had, mainly to do with
Side Missions, Stunt Jumps and the longest one, the Flying Rats. I would like to say i have
100%'d GTAIV as its one of my favorite franchises and i think i owe it the time after waiting
so long for it. I decided to go for all 200 of the Pigeons, now in theory this would seem like
a long and painful process. Believe me its a lot worse then you could imagine, i love Liberty
City as much as the next person but searching high and low with nothing more the a green
blob on a screen to go on is pure hell. After what i would estimate at about 10 hours i finally
have got them all so to speak.

Tough time were to be had along the way. After getting up to 198 of 200 i hit a problem, i
had made it to the last destination on my tour and i was missing 2! My heart sank and i envisioned myself being a old man slowly struggling to find them last 2 elusive birds. Anger
filled my heart but no, NO! I refused to let this stop me from completing my task and i scratched my head for some time and hoped that i had some form of Photographic
memory. To some extent i did and i remembered missing the blob near Romans Taxi Firm.
Finally, i had but 1 to find and even though i had improved on 2 Pigeons to 1 it made it
even more vital that i found it. After a even longer brain racking i decided to start at the top
of Alderney, seeing as that was the place i started and i imagined that i may have missed
one in my early haste and excitement to succeed. Luckily for me, by the abandoned
mansion (a tribute to Salvatore Leone maybe?) i found the last bird. As soon as i spotted it i leapt for joy, singing a Idiot Pilot song that was playing on iTunes at the time. The relief
that i felt was crazy, i hadn't found a cure for Cancer or anything significant but none the
less, i was finally done.

So, has anyone else attempted or has successfully found all 200 birds in Liberty City? If you
have or are in the process then you have my condolences or admiration.
