The GoG is a bit different than some of the other communities, in that it's a simplified place for gamers to connect and develop cool game related connections. We also have a Gaming resource dimension that we hope game tournaments, developers, and so on will use to create a self sufficient community of gamers.
We know you have alot of choices on the Internet, but we hope you'll check out The GoG and see what you think...
You hope to have these or ..? I mean, can I qualify for these at your site right now?
Whether it's a console event, LAN, clan development, or just general party ideas, you'll have to jump on and check everything out...
BEN
Oh, you meant to post here.
What do you seriously think we're doing here at dtoid?
Looking at the site (which i did), it looks like a game oriented place of mice (see what I id thar?) which, I think is a good thing. though not for me. Cheers for letting me know though :-)
I think if your intro had been more format appropriate (blog-style vs. press release), it would have gone more smoothly.
Example: Hi. I'm BEN. Like a lot of my fellow Dtoid readers, I've always wanted to work in the video games industry. So I started a new site to help gamers network that I hope you'll check out etc. blarrghh moneyhats!!1!
Thanks for checking us out and I'll look for your profile soon...
P.S. Don't make an account for your community. Be a person and not a PR machine, Sony.
P.S.P.S. I've had nightmares with those plastic covered people that you have in your logo. I ate them. And then they came back to haunt me.
But good luck in your venture, I'm sure a lot of people from myspace will be saying hello soon.
Best of luck to you.
We'll continue to post blogs and try not to be so Sony-Like, cause we sure as hell don't want to do that! haha
Can I be vice-Prez?
I'll join.
We'll be fixing that, but glad to see you eat poop :)
Just checked out your site. It's pretty cool. Thanks for passing along the info.
