Falling right in line with my video game buying trend of late -- or shall I say lack thereof -- I finally got the chance to pick up a new game yesterday, and I can see that I made the right choice. Dragon Age is nothing short of awesome.

I totally suck at RPG games, and stagger through them like some drunk wino at a line dancing convention, but somehow I'm making progress.

Big thanks goes out to Y0j1mb0 for the recommendation, and to Santa Claus for the gift card. Let's not forget the Gods at EA for making it multiplatform as well. My PS3 thanks thee...

Hey, I put down Modern Warfare 2 for this. I usually only do that for Star Wars games.

Awesome. Glad to see Santa got you the game as its full of win and that you're enjoying it. Considering you just started it it, you haven't seen anything it bro.

DA: O is totally one of my favorite RPGs ever, and that's saying something. I love RPGs of any kind, they take up the majority of my collection. Past experience with BioWare has been "meh", at best, but I love Dragon Age. It took me roughly 72 hours to beat the game on my first play through, so be prepared for a long game. (I say "roughly" because I may or may not have left my xbox on for 4 hours one day while the game was running.)

You may encounter some glitchy segments of the game here and there, but don't let it discourage you, the game is awesome. So many things to do, so much havoc to wreak, enjoy it.
