Apparently, as according to the article, some of the higher ups at the company were finally getting tired of being that 'Company that makes the crappy controllers.' And for the most part, I would agree that they were. I never EVER had bought a Mad Catz product that didn't break within the first few uses. However.. it seems that they put their heart and soul into this project, and it looks like.. noted from the picture above, they won some awards for the thing. I'm impressed, and very VERY glad, as I had taken a chance and invested a pre-order into the product hoping it would turn out alright. I cannot wait to try this sucker out. Attached photos:
