About
Hi there, My name is Freddie i'm 19 from New York but i'm currently living in England.
I have been playing Video games since i was about five years old, It all started on my brothers NES I think the first game i played on there was Contra I played the crap outta that game It's one of my favorite games of all time. The first console I ever owned was a Sega genesis and i't came with sonic the Hedgehog, I remember being blown away by how fast the character was moving, i had never seen anything like it in my life I loved how colorful and fun the game was and Sonic 2 doubled that definitely one of the best games on the genesis Some of my other favorite games are Draggon Warrior (Dragon Quest) on the NES, Ico on the PS2, Castlevania SOTN on the PS1, Super Mario brothers 3 and The legend of Zelda Wind Waker. I'm a video game collector, My collection
Varies from the 8-bit gen and up I don't collect for the Atari 2600 or the clecovision or any of that shizz . So that's Who the heck I am, Thanks for reading and i'll see you around the community!

Hello there, welcome to other review. Today I am reviewing a little known game called Battlefield 3.

Battlefield 3 Is a first person shooter brought to you by DICE, makers of other games such as Mirrors Edge, Midtown Madness 3 and Basically all the other Battlefield games. One thing that got me interested in this game when I first heard about it was the new Frostbite 2 engine. It "takes destruction, scale and immersion to unprecedented levels" That's what it says on the back of the gamecase.. And I can't find any reason to argue with that statement. They really did do a good job on this new engine.
There is three modes in Battlefield 3, there's the single player campaign, the Co-op missions and of course the multilayer and that's where this game really shines, but we'll get into that later.

Let's start with the single player campaign. So your this army soldier dude being interrogated by these other army soldier dudes and you have to tell them a story about a terrorist from Europe that wants to bomb the place to hell and they don't believe you even tough your telling the truth so you get your buddy, hit them over the head have a fist fight with a terrorist and then your DONE. You may have guessed the story isn't this games strongpoint, but some of the missions in the campaign are pretty fun.

The missions vary from Taking down a building with a rocket launcher to flying a plane to Rinding on top of a train and many other over the top things like that. I enjoyed playing through the campaign for the gameplay, but the story really wasn't much at all, so over-all the campaign was mediocre in my opinion so don't go into it expecting much.

Moving on to the Co-op missions. There are 8 Co-op missions, I enjoyed my time playing through them, you can play with a friend or play with a stranger through matchmaking, these missions vary from shooting your way trough buildings to driving helicopters and shooting moving targets at the same time and all that other army stuff. I recommend playing trough these with someone you know because sometimes you could get paired up with a troll that will stop at nothing to make you lose, you know how some people are. You get some extra weapons for the multiplayer mode after you beat all the Co-op missions so It's well worth the time to play them.

Now, It's time to tell you about the best part of the game by far, and that is the multiplayer mode. There are three main Multiplayer modes, those of which are Rush, Conquest and Deathmatch. Deathmatch is your regular multiplayer game mode first team to get a set amount if kills wins the game, and then there's Rush,

Rush is where you have to ether defend your own machine thing or blow up the enemy's machine thing, Please forgive my lack of knowledge about the machine things I really don't know what they're called.

And then there's Conquest which is by far my most favorite game mode, the main objective is to take over enemy territory while making sure they don't take over your territory, if the enemy does take over your territory you can just take it back. The team with the most points by the end of the game wins, but here's the interesting thing about Conquest, I rarely ever try to take over the enemy territory because in to busy flying an airplane or driving a buggy or flying a helicopter or taking down a helicopter, The maps for Conquest and Rush are huge unlike in deathmatch where the maps are shortened down.

You Level up or rank up by gaining experience points from the maches you played I think this system works pretty well, I think I got up to level 12 everytime you rank up you get an new item, I could be a gun, some camo or an attachment, there is also classes, you can be Assault Engineer Support or Recon, you can also level any of these classes to get items that can only be used while you are using that class.

I really enjoyed my time playing the multiplayer in Battlefield 3 even tough I got my ass kicked most of the time.

So, if your looking for a fun war game multiplayer experience pick up Battlefield 3 you won't regret It.

Sonic the Hedgehog, a name were all familiar with. Started of on the Genesis, running at the speed of light, collecting those shiney rings and kicking Robotnik's ass In a wonderfull 2D world, And then Sonic Adventure came along, Sonics first true 3D adventure which was amazing, same goes for Sonic Adventure 2, but then........ Sonic went bad well not imdiatly but the Sonic games started to get bad as the series went on, with games like Sonic heros with it's terrible teamwork mecanic, Sonic the Hedgehog (2006) With it's glitchyness and buggyness, Sonic and the secret rings you didn't even have full control over Sonic, and Sonic Unleased where you turn into a freaking Warehog..... like seriously Sonic Team? A WAREHOG?!?! Sonic Unleased is where i drew the line, I was done with the Sonic Seires (at least the 3D games) So as you might have guessed I just passed on Sonic colors first time around.

Until a couple years later When Sonic Generations was released, I seen alot of trailers and reviews and It looked amazing, everyone was telling me to go play it, but i needed to play Sonic Colors first because I just don't skip a game in a series like that, so i looked at a couple of gameplay video and instantly felt like an idiot, I shouldn't have passed on this game without looking at a gameplay video of some sort, I didn't know what i was missing out on, the game looked great so i went out and bought it and this is what i think of it.

I'll fill you guys in on the story first, So Doctor Eggman has made an "Intersteller amusement park" to make up for all his evil deeds in the past, but Sonic doesn't beleve any of it so Him and his buddy Tails go into outer space to check it out and he doesn't like what he finds it turns, out he is using these aliens called whisps to make some kind of mind control thingy to take over the world so you have to stop him and save errbody and all that shizzz.

The gameplay is what really makes this game outstanding, It's a mix of 2D and 3D and it works great. They finally got it right, no bugs, no glitches you dont fall of the stage as frequently in the 3D sections, and it just feels perfect, it's what every sonic game should be. The main mecanic of the game are The Whisps, every Whisp has a different power like Rocket, Hover, Spike, Drill, Frenzy and Laser, Cube and Boost.

The only complaint T really have about the game is that it's too short, i beat in about 3-5 hours I felt like they should have put like an extra world or two there, but other then that the game was great.

Sonic colors is a game that you NEED to have in your Wii and Sonic collection, and if you don't have it, I suggest you go out and buy it, you owe it to yourself

I hope you Enjoyed my review.
