Fuck yeah, Rival Battle (that and the Champion/Red battle are like the greatest things ever :D Nice list! I would have gone with Persona 3's over 4 though, but I seem to be in the minority there, and both are excellent. One thing though "The only battle theme in Mother 3 that really stood out to me (except for that one that plays" WHAT?! There's so many awesome ones in it! *shrugs* To each there own though.

The battle of the bridge theme in FF5 was just WHOAAAAH AWESOME. For some reason the GBA version had a better sound with it. Also Gilgamesh is the most hilarious miniboss ever.
For some reason everything in FF6 was epic as hell and the music was no exception. I liked all that technolgy over rule and magic being something of the past instead of a legend as everyone thought thingy.
Pokemon Silver, now that was a badass game, and the rival was great. I loved how he started as a bastard but ended as a reasonable guy.

Yeah, good call on Persona 4. Also, well done on calling out Advance Wars, nobody ever talks about it but that series has some of the best music around. I don't know if Sami's Theme is my absolute favorite (I think I'd give it to Andy's theme), but it is awesome nonetheless.

FRG, my suggestion to you is to not use Chrome, Safari, or Opera. Dtoid's blogging software does not play nice with those browsers.

Using Chrome to post your blog cause random line breaks to happen in places where it should not be and at this point you can't change it. Just letting you know for next time.
Dayum, Sami's theme is awesome! I never really got into the Advance Wars games, played Dual Strike a tad once. But if the music is as great as that, then maybe I'll have ot give it a look, I do like me some TBS. Also, P4 battle music, hell fucking yeah.
