Failcast Episode 52: It’s Not My First Time Edition

Wow, who would have guessed: thanks to me, Failcast is late again. Then again, it's not like you listeners out there care. If you really did, you would have stopped downloading this eardrum-ruining tragedy of a podcast a long time ago. The numbers tell the story here, and there are literally tens of listeners who have spoken. Literally. Tens.

This week, oldfag Taumpy (aka Tampon) Tears joins the usual gang of Yashoki, Necros, Hitogoroshi, and kingLATEbo for another terrible episode. Even though we eventually serious up and talk about some actually important topics, the show manages to suck just as hard as always. We wouldn't want to disappoint, after all.

Thank you Yashoki and king3bo for the advice regarding my former guild. I was sadly not in a position of power to have access to the guild bank but I did make sure to, in the three weeks prior to my departure, waste all 200g of the enabled guild repairs by deliberately falling to my death over and over again when I was sat out of the raid. I also made sure to gquit after I had gotten the mount from "Glory of the Ulduar Raider (25-man)."

With respect to TOC heroic. It is true that on the 10-mans and regular 25-man mode, the 50 attempts are pretty much unimportant. However, my guild is currently spending a few days a week on Anub'rekhan on 25-man heroic mode (which is pretty difficult) and so wiping out those attempts would be catastrophic to their "guild progression."

Even though I am not in the guild anymore, I have a few friends in the guild who are also fairly disgruntled and open to helping me wipe out their attempts. At worst, it's quite easy to invite someone saved to that instance, turn it into a raid, promote them to leader, and then rush into the instance to get yourself saved. Anyhow, thanks for the input and I love the podcast.
