Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!

Eternalplayer, I've been pondering a Mother related quandry latley and this seems like a perfect opportunity to ask someone else about it. In a fight, who do you think would win Giygas (in his Mother 2 "embodiment of evil form" or the dragon from Mother 3. I'm honestly not sure, as Giygas in that state is pure and senseless evil, who once released from the captivity of the Devil's Machine is all powerful in his horror and only able to defeated by the self destruction caused by forcing his mindless sate to recall the faintest traces of his humanity (or rather alienity) which he cast aside oh-so long ago. Seems pretty tough, but then theirs the dragon who seems to have equally unlimited power to destroy and recreate existence itself, all depending on the will of the one who awakens him. Both of them seem to represent limitless power that has stipulations controlling it, so it's tough to determine who would win (and the very circumstances of this fictitious duel) It seems to me as if Giygas would come out on top, since he seems to be tied to (if not exactly) the power of the earth that grants Ness and his soundstone their power, which by itself was not enough to defeat him. I'd love to hear your thoughts though, since your a fellow aficionado who no doubt will have an interesting stance on it :)
And for a simpler question, Yashoki, is World of Mexicraft as exciting as it sounds? ;)
