God of War III confirmed?

Just came across this on Joystiq. Looks like it really is on it's way (not that that was ever really a question. I'm finally starting to want a PS3, although I still feel Sony's catalogue is a bit lacking compared to the 360. However, with Wii Fit the only title of notice announced for the second half of the year on Nintendo's little white dvd-drive, It seems like a good assumption that Playstations will be receiving a lot more attention from their owners compared to the Wii. Then again, maybe SSB and Mario Kart will see us through the lull.

Sony knew that MGS4 would sell systems and the same thing will happen with God of War III. In my case.... Sony was right.

wow, sony making a sequel to a game that sold well. who would have ever guessed something like this would happen?

i'm almost as suprised as the time i found out you DON'T make babies by praying to god and if your lucky a stork will bring you a cabbage, and upon planting that cabbage a baby will grow from it.

I don't like the way sequels are being treated, it looks like when a trilogy is planed, the third game will always appear on the next console...
