Keep at it, the game changes quite a bit in the full playthrough and it's not too difficult to beat.
Thank you Feedback. I couldn't think of the title of the game.
Anyway, I did play through the game after I've posted this and its really short. It would be cool if they had online leaderboards, but the game is only a buck and I have spent more money on games that were not this good. I would definitely say download the demo first and then decide if an extra 10-15 minutes of game play is worth a dollar.
A playthrough takes about 16-20 minutes. I would advise purchasing the game if for nothing else, just to support the dev, "although I am pretty sure this is the same company that did The Dishwasher for XBLA earlier this year".

This also reminds me a of Flash game I played a few years ago...maybe it was on Newgrounds. It was top down, like this one, and you had to protect a safehouse from zombies.
Ah, found the Flash file on my laptop: Endless Zombie Rampage.
I'll have to check this one out.

Eh, I just checked out Boxhead real quick and I would say no, due to the lack of dual controls in that game mixed with the lack of weapons. Boxhead seems to be a little more basic, but then again I have only played it for a few minutes, so it's hard for me to make a judgement call.
