I originally wrote this over at Ripten, but no one reads Ripten. I really wish I were joking. So here you go. This is aaaaaalll just a rumor.
As of this point, we’ve seen almost everything The Beatles Rock Band has to offer. The beautiful trailers, the astounding opening cinematic, the gameplay, the screenshots- everything except for the setlist itself. We only know of the ten confirmed songs that played over the opening cinematic for the game, but if the information we just received is correct, then the game’s full setlist is out there- and it’s great.
The rumored setlist features all of the songs that were in the cinematic, from “I Saw Her Standing There” to “Here Comes The Sun”, but features some new Beatles classics such as “Can’t Buy Me Love”, “Help!”, and “Revolution”. There are some songs that were obviously not going to be in the game- piano heavy songs like “Hey Jude” aren’t present, but I’m still ready to plunk down $250 for the full game bundle. (Especially with my current absence of any Rock Band gear.) I’m not going to try and influence you, though- you can make your own decision after viewing the “leaked” setlist.
[Thanks tazar!]

Well, it's got 'While My Guitar Gently Weeps' and 'Here Comes the Sun' listed, so it's a good enough list for me.
This list has Come Together and Helter Skelter, the two songs I've been hoping they announce. I hope this is real
Missing a few I'd like to see but hey thats what DLC is for right?
Seems solid enough. I consider myself quite the Beatles fanatic, so i've pre-ordered the special edition, and i'm really looking forward to this. Although, I would like to see songs like "i'm so tired", "Happiness is a warm gun", "old brown shoe".... and so many more... I'd really only be really happy if they put every single possible song they could into this.
Works for me. One or two missing that I'd like to see, but figured they wouldn't be included for similar reasons to Hey Jude.
It's missing "I'm Only Sleeping"
Love, love me do... you know I love you.
No Ballad of John and Yoko?
It's not a kosher "fav Beatles" song, but I'm weird like that. No Lady Madonna either. USSR is my second fav, so I can dig it.
Can't really nitpick this: there's a lot here.
Oh: Blackbird DLC and I'll buy two copies.
Hmm, I was expecting Rain. If the rumor holds true that's the only one I'm somewhat disappointed didn't make the cut. Well, that and maybe the Abbey Road medley, but that's coming as DLC. I thought it would be a great, epic FINAL BOSS level to close out the game, but the Let It Be rooftop concert really works, and probably better.
I've Just Seen A Face makes me happy.
No Linkin Park? Layme.
I'll pick it up, the tracklist actually seems pretty good. Most of my favorites are on there, and I can always hope for Happiness is a Warm Gun to make a DLC appearance.
Ok so it was just confirmed by Harmonix that this is not the "final" track listing.
Good list, though I can't imagine a list of 45 beatles songs that wouldn't be good.
Liking some of the less obvious older choices like 'I'm a Loser' and 'I've Just Seen A Face' and looking forward to playing 'Hey Bulldog' and 'Dig A Pony'
