The name is El Rhino, as in the Mother effin Rhino Man.
I am a 20-something wanna be game designer. That means I have a degree in game design, and I sort of work in the industry, just not the position that I want.
I want to be a 3d Modeler and a Texture Artist. I can dabble with a bit of level design also.
I currently work as a game tester, where I have tested several games from browser based flash games, to 360, to iPhone.
Way back in March of 2007 Ben Mallahan, of Ben Makes Movies set forth with a mission, to put gamers on tv. He filmed a spec pilot with a hope that some tv executive would like what they saw, and would put gamers on TV. Ben has been down to LA making deals for the show, but currently it is on hold because of that little writer strike thing. On the official page for put gamers on tv says that "Now that things are officially on hold down in LA, there is nothing keeping my back from releasing the original spec pilot for everyone to see". So in all its glory, the trailer for Put Gamers ON TV.
As much as I want to like it. I kinda had to stop watching after a couple of mins. Ill give it a try later, it might be because I'm hungry, it just didn't click with me. Not sure why.
I wasn't likeing it at first either. It picks up though.
And then when the girl (i can't remember any of their names) grabbed the paint ball gun, then it goes to the battle outside, I was expecting her to be in Laura Croft gear....but she wasn't.
For being a spec pilot though, it was good. I believe that if a real version was to be made, it would be better (professional actors, not local actors)

Pilot is pretty cheesy...but the jokes are something I would say.

It had maybe half a lul in it, but it might be the worst game-related writing I've watched in it's entirety. I've seen funnier fanfics.
