Secret of Mana, when I was trying to level up all of my weapons attack levels. And also when I played MGS2, I was IN the game, I lost track of who I was for hours with that one, even caused some relationship problems.
That's it I need to capture me Secret of Mana. I keep hearin' about it, but no more! I will beat it within' the month.
when i first played onimusha house sitting over a weekend, i ended up playing it for 17 hours straight without moving off the chair
yeah, i get it in super fast, arcade style racing games like burnout. Sometimes in other games, generally the ones that rely more on instinct and reflex, like ut3.
yeah it happened to me when I first got the orange box the last 4 or 5 hours of half life 2. I was like a machine I remember relizing that my thumbs were moving super precise like more precise than usual and kind of had to take a minute after I finished it to think about what just happened.
Probably kicked in somewhere. Dont know where, though. Alas, my subconscious eludes me at every turn.
Do you mean when you get in the zone? Happens a lot, especially during intense games like shumps.
Oh man, I'm not shure entirely, but I suppose 'the zone' could be part of it...when you focus a bit on not thinkin' because you know you'll lose it, but because you thought about it you started losin' yer focus, and sham! Now you are back to your old non perfectly calibrated brain wave patterns.
So yeah, maybe.
Used to happen to me during the glory days of Counter Strike 1.5 (all i would get were headshots lol)and in FF VIII to FF X where i used to game close to 20+ hours at a stretch.
Chrono Trigger. Nuff said.
No in all cereal, the first time I played Chrono Trigger was during summer vacation when I was a kid. I dont remember exactly, but I think I played it for 20 hours a day for a few days before my mom took away my SNES and told me to go outside
