Gloomy Bear's History:

Gloomy Bear is a character that Japanese artist Mori Chack created as a statement against all of the cutesy teddy bears in the world. Gloomy, an abandoned cub, is rescued by Pitty (the little boy). At first, he is cute and cuddly, but becomes more wild as he grows up. Since bears do not become attached to people like dogs by nature, Gloomy attacks Pitty (even though he is his owner). Gloomy has blood on him from biting and/or scratching Pitty. Not quite sure if Pitty actually dies from all of this attention............
