Who is Super Edco?
Since back from the retro days of yore, anytime a game would let you create a character and name it yourself, I've been using EDCO. It came about as an amalgam of my own names and the fact that an unusual number of games in those days only let you use four characters.

Videogames are a big part of my life. I've been playing and making videogames just about since there was such a thing to be done. My favorite games are RPGs and action adventures, and the rest of that list is a long one indeed.

Maybe you have, but I just wanted to take some cool pictures :-)

I did a double take when I saw these at the checkout in Bed, Bath & Beyond of all places. At first glance I thought they were cheap knockoffs-- but they are actually really nice quality tins! Sure enough, there is a sanctioned Nintendo seal on the bottom.

In addition to the 1-UP they've got a red mushroom and a ? box.

The candy is probably secondary here, but it is tasty, a little like Sweet Tarts. This was also surprising, 'cause if you've ever sampled some of the toy-wrapped treats the Far East usually has to offer, the candy is not far removed from chalk.

At three bucks, these Super Mario Bros. tins are a steal as far as collectibles go!

Oh, I wish they'd make one of Bowser, that'd be the most epic thing ever...but shrooms is cool too, man. Little kids, actin' like they cool, gettin' them some DRUGS with more DRUGS in it...but still who wouldn't want this?! XD

You know, they also make a red Mushroom, a Bobomb filled with sugar powder, a super star filled with hard candy and a question box/coin box also filled with hard candy.

Then there is the Wiimote toy/candy dispenser filled with Smarties, then there are the "pez" dispensers, you can choose from Mario, Link or DK OR you can get Mario in his kart or Yoshi in his kart.

Trust me, there are more out there, like the Mario Barrel candies...just google Nintendo candy, you'll see.

They are very cute, but the one time I bought one I found the top just doesn't want to stay securely on.

Definitely not good for stashing weed. :(
