It might be from the the E4 build hamza but its also the picture they used on the site TODAY.
tehuberone: Well yeah, probably because they're don't want to show off anything no or more final. If they showed something new, then more people like DynamicSheep would be matlocking the hell out of it and Nintendo doesn't want to deal with questions like that when it still wouldn't be the final selection screen.

It's the same situation with the levels. There are currently 18 levels that have been revealed, but in the pic from today there were only 11.
So, yeah, Hamza is right.
