Today's fighter is a tall order... well, when he wants to be. He's said to be living in New York these days, working as a taxi cab driver. I think he'd be better suited as a stock boy in a warehouse store. Who could I be talking about? Well, it's:


Dhalsim!

B: Yoga Flame - YOGA! Dhalsim breathes a big blast of fire that dies down slowly. Think of Bowser's fire attack. Dhalsim can even tilt his head up and down while he's doing this move!
< or >B: Yoga Fire - This move may not be as intimidating as the Yoga Flame, but it's certainly more flexible. Dhalsim will spit a fire ball out of his curry-fueled belly in the direction he's facing when this move is used. It'll hit an opponent for a maximum of 8% fire damage.
^B: Teleport - Dhalsim folds his legs in a floating butterfly stance and teleports upwards. This move won't do any damage, but it's excellent at helping you get out of a tough situation, as you can teleport through even solid objects!
vB: Rubber Man Dance - Dhalsim uses his inherent rhythm to dance! With his rubbery skin and smooth moves, any attacks that hit will bounce right back at the opponent. He'll dance for 2 seconds when this move is used, but the length of time he dances decreases over the course of a brawl so it can't be abused.
Final Smash: Yoga Fury - Normally a peaceful individual, the smash ball fills Dhalsim's heart with the Fawful-levels of fury! Dhalsim will teleport around the stage, spitting fireballs that deal a maximum of 18% fire damage to anyone they hit.

Dhalsim's Stage:


Forget poké-floats, this is an elephant parade! You'll be fighting on top of a parade of elephants, decked out in the finest regalia. And please, ignore the background with the people and the major city scenery... this stage would take place in India! The elephants come in from the left and walk to the right of the stage, but the camera stays put.

Hazards:
If too much weight is put on the trunks and tails, they'll split apart, and you'll fall to the ground. You won't die, but you can be trampled by the elephant, which will be like a death sentence all by itself. Beyond that, sometimes the elephants will decide to rampage, and run off towards the background. When this happens you'll have a whole new stage setup to work around.

My final World Warrior guess is included because of his complete uniqueness in the gaming universe, and his inclusion in one of Capcom's brand-defining titles. Dhalsim's stretchy limbs and ability to breath fire would make him a perfect inclusion as a character in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. His chances of being included, though, aren't very good as I stated in Blanka's profile. I would think if Capcom were going to include anyone, it would be Mega Man. But if they couldn't get him to work, Dhalsim would make an awesome substitute!
