Slightly annoyed by Kaillera's lack of service? Don't feel like using Anti 3D's master list? There's this great solution I found yesterday.

It's called 2DF Free Play, a P2P game matchmaking server. It technically works like an enhanced Kaillera server, but with less downloading. Notably, you can't play EVERY CPS1 or CPS2 game on it, but it does allow for SF3 and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure gameplay, which is CPS3. It has a very clean look to it, and has a few things Kaillera doesn't have-

- Private rooms (I think, I forgot Kaillera had them, but I doubt it)
- Stat tracking and replays from the main site
- Player rating and ignoring system

Plus, since it's P2P, there's no lag (that I've experienced). So, if you're interested, give it a shot. Just note that you'll need ROMs, and a Firefox addon (if you use it), so you should be comfortable with that first.
