Your friendly neighborhood DtoidSF blog here. The school year is coming to a close soon which means (for most people, not me....I hate grad school) more time for FUN! And instead of spending time secluded in our rooms playing games (again not me...my stupid 360 RROD'ed), if you live in the Bay Area, I wanted to let you know about something we have planned!

July 18th



Did you guys see Dale and Colette's epic interview with Nobuo Uematsu and coverage of the Distant Worlds concert? Well, HOLY SHIT the Final Fantasy Distant Worlds concert is coming to SAN FRANCISCO!!! If you've wanted to dress up all nice and hear amazing Final Fantasy music played by a world renowned orchestra then this event is for you!

Tickets are already on sale, so I would suggest buying them as soon as possible here. DtoidSF plans to meet up in the city for dinner and then a night at the symphony. Afterward, there are no plans set in stone, but all I know is when you put gamers in "fancy pants" clothes and go out for a night on the town, good times will be had!
