Two weekends in a row, DtoidLosAngeles has been up to something. The great news: we've got another two fun weekends ahead of us. That's right; we will have had some sort of hang out for four weeks straight by the time this is up. It seems like this whole city group thing is catching on. We wonder when others will follow suit...
But we digress. The main reason for this blog is to remind all of the Los Angeles people that the king of the Community Blogs
Hamza is coming down to Los Angeles on May 2nd, and
Chad Concelmo is throwing a party to celebrate.
Currently, the people in attendance are:
Aerox
Britini Martini
Ark
Chad Concelmo
Charlie Suh
CTZ
Dexter345
Mid3vol
Naia
Polo Guy
Silverback 55
Suff0cat
Teknomcr
Tristero
Zero Atma
And the people maybe coming are:
Kyle Gamgee
Madninja
MamaDonna81
Vexed Alex
After the party on Friday, we are also planning a trip to the movies (possibly to the Chinese Theater in Hollywood) to see
Iron Man on Sunday, May 4th. You're welcome to join us there as well.
Are you in the Los Angeles area and would like to be added to the list of people coming? Need to know how to get to Chad's place? Let us know by emailing DtoidLosAngeles (at) gmail (dot) com.
So that's the weekend of May 2nd, but what about this coming weekend? Well, it looks like
Dexter is having people over to his place for the third week in a row. He hopes to get six or seven people who are interested in strategy board games, as he just purchased a few and has not yet played them. If you're free this weekend, and would like to get some board gaming on, let him know at Dexter345 (at) gmail (dot) com. He has promised baked goods, in addition to board gaming.
So if you still haven't had a chance to meet up with the other Los Angeles (and some San Francisco and San Diego) Destructoiders, then this is the opportunity to do it. Meet us at Chad's at 8:00 PM on Friday, May 2nd, for some gaming, eating, drinking, and partying.
I can't even remember the last time I got to hang out with Tristero. It's been too long, that's for sure.
It isn't up to me, but I would assume 15 is probably too young, and 16-17 is questionable. I'll forward your question to Chad to see what he thinks.
