About Me
DF is Doomsday Forte. That's me!

So, it looks like I play video games. But according to my backlog, I've a long long ways to go until I'm done with what all I have.

That said, I seem to cater more toward the handheld spectrum of the generations. I mean, I have a DS and a PSP (and an iPod Touch but that doesn't count), but all I have in terms of console is a Wii and a PS2 for this gen. And really, I'm fine with that. I have quite a few games as it is, and like I have the income to support getting a new system, accessories, and games on top of those I've yet to finish. =P I play handhelds more mainly because of the portability, and sleep mode is a godsend. No more "oh hell gotta go but there's no save point" woes like on consoles. That and there's always an opportunity to game somewhere.

And don't mention my computer. It's a laptop and really not designed to play anything relatively recent either.

Let's see...I'm into photography, though I'm by no means good at it. I let Auto take over on damn near everything, but I'm not really too concerned about learning the "right" way to do it. It's a digital camera and it's not the best on the market either, so I'm not concerned. I like cycling, though riding around town is getting boring because I've kinda been about everywhere and it's either small city or vast expanses of country roads where I'm bound to get lost.

Did I mention I've been writing a book? I've been at it for over a year, and it's slow going. Games and all, you know? The first draft's done, so at least that's a significant milestone completed. Maybe I'll post a link sometime so you all can read a bit of what I've done.

Hey, I'm writing a blog series. It looks like it turned into a weekly thing, whoops. Here are the entries thus far:

Farfetch'd is a duck Pokémon. It uses a sprig of green onion as a sword. However, it also places the welfare of this stick over its own life, and if need be, will eat the stick as emergency ration only to run off to find another.

Farfetch'd was once hunted to near extinction due to its delicious flavor, and the sprig it carried made for excellent garnish, yum yum.

Its cry even sounds like "DUCK!" further emphasizing its status as a Pokéduck.

The first appearance of Farfetch'd was an an in-game trade in the first generation of games, with a Spearow as the required Mon for trade. This Farfetch'd came with the name "DUX" which is a play on words (Ducks), but also is of Latin origin, where Dux means "leader." That means Farfetch'd is obviously the leader of bird Pokémon. And it was the leader of my Blue team, a fitting role for such a badass bird.

Fantastic site. Lets Find a new way of success and its most appropriate time to break your BH0-004 old habits and admit that using tables for layout is outmoded and lazy. It's time to move on to CSS layouts, I have admitted this fact and going to focus on it after my IT related exams such as testking 70-649 and the testking 70-680 at the last but not least testking 83-640 exams. Lets go jump into the stream of wisdom.

As someone who drives an automobile, I appreciate choice and a fair number of options both in terms of what kind of a car I buy, but also in terms of what the car comes pre-equipped with and how easy it is to modify the internal components, etc... As gamers, more choies and diversity within the market is a good thing in terms of expanding the market over the long term and ensuring a healthy and competitive industry in general.
