Arttemis sent me something. (mailpost)

So one day, I was browsing Destructoid as I usually do.

See? There I am, doing as I said. WHEN SUDDENLY--

A package ap--draws near, I mean!

zomg! Well, first things first. Let's open it!

The weird armor of the package prevented me from tearing through it easily. My teeth were--

Oh wait, this is how you open it. Whoops.

After many minutes of struggling with the package, I got it open! Inside was what looked like a black...box of some sort, possibly of alien origin!

Or the box for Wind Waker.

"Woah."

Inside the case was the original manual for Wind Waker, as well as Twilight Princess for Gamecube!

"Yay!" How quaint, it fills my need for a Wind Waker manual and case! But wait...Twilight Princess...?

I have it already for the Wii. D:

DUN DUN DUNNNNNNNNNNNN.

Thanks Arttemis! :D Hopefully you get your package soon too. I traded him my Legend of Zelda Collector's Disk (had two NES Zeldas, two N64 ones, and a demo of WW) for his WW case and manual, and TP GC. Which I may actually play. We'll see. Thanks again!

Congrats on getting Honor Roll at Shelbyville Middle School 1998-1999! And they gave you a dollar for it? Hell yes!

Oh and Zelda is awesome too.

@Kazua: Actually, it's a silver certificate...thing. Says "One dollar in silver payable to the bearer on demand" so if I want like...a few silver flakes, I can pop on down to Walmart and cash it in. But thanks!

Thanks Gar too. =P

@Monodi: It should be easy to find one, probably used, but they're still out there, somewhere. Or you can be like me and get a Wii to replace your ailing GC.

@Doomsday Forte

I know I know, but I have been considering about getting a Wii instead so i can play both. That said, I prefer to play in the respective systems much more.

Hey! Glad your package arrived so quickly and in fine condition!

I just got your package in the mail as well - it looks like I'll have to do one of the mailpost thing-a-ma-blogs too.

I love to see successful trades within the community. Mail posts are awesome too.

@Arttemis: Can't wait.

@Monodi: I hear you. Amusingly enough, my Wii has taken the most abuse acting as a Gamecube. I really wish I had Wavebirds, but with the system taking a nasty fall because someone pulled a controller cord too hard...yay. :( Mine gets DREs on Melee anymore, so I think it's had enough.

I still think someone swapped my Melee with theirs though...

@Cad/Chocobo: I seem to do this with every package I get from people. I did it on Facebook with something I got from my friends in England when they went to Japan. =P

Thanks everyone else. >P

My Wii has been used quite a bit for the Gamecube function as well. Ironically played the cube version of Twilight Princess on it. Currently playing Metroid Prime on it to see if I like the series enough to get the Trilogy Disc.

I think I'll definitely have to do some of these kinds of blogs when I get my trades finalized.
