Chaos Theory was by far my favorite Splinter Cell and I remember loving the soundtrack as well. I was disappointed when Tobin didn't return for Double Agent and even more disappointed that he isn't returning for Conviction. But thanks for reminding me of his awesomeness.
Tobin also co-wrote much of the soundtrack for Infamous, which is equally good and available on itunes.
Music is pretty good indeed. I never got into the Splinter Cell games, played a bit of one of them, forgot which one, but I did like it.
Yup. Amon Tobin is pretty fresh.
I definitely agree, and I'm rebuying all the Splinter Cell games as when i was younger with less money I finished two then bought the next one. But they were all phenomenal and Choas Theory is the best and all the soundtracks have been great.
How do you feel about the new style that's shown in Conviction? it's totally put me off it TBH :/ I like him all suited up with firepower and looking rugged.
I'm put off by everything in Conviction, except the interrogation scenes. Choking, punching, and stabbing a guy all equal good times.
Do I have to buy it again? I completely agree, he also did the Infamous soundtrack (which I haven't heard due to not having a PS3)
The inFAMOUS soundtrack is fantastic, but its sad because the music doesn't play all the time, and there is long stretches of time with no music in the background. Shame.
